Sea Stores planning application - your chance to comment

The Sea Stores planning application is open for comments until 19 August. Details are available from the South Glos website here

There are masses of documents and papers, so you may find it easier to pop into Poole Court, where there will be an exhibition of the proposals in the foyer until Monday 17 August.

==== Update 13-08-09 ====

The South Glos system isn´t showing this application now - maybe they have a problem, it was there the other day. We suggest that you visit the Poole Court exhibition to view the plans.

==== Update 15-08-09 ====

Apparently S Glos were updating their system. The application is now visible again at the link above.

    I have been unable to locate details of this planning application via the South Glos Council website either via your link, or direct using the reference code that
    I know the application had just a few days ago, or by searching under 'land at sea stores, Yate'.

    I wish to post comments objecting to this ill conceived plan and the sheer density of the proposed homes and find it very suspicious that this facility is unavailable!

    As we only have 2 weeks to post our comments, coupled with the fact that they have submitted the application during August when so many residents are likely to be away, it seems almost a little too convenient for the developers that a further hindrance to residents posting objections has arisen with the website access to the Councils planning pages being inaccessible!

    Sorry I can´t help you further at the moment - I´m a few hundred miles away! You may wish to contact one of our South Glos councillors to point out this problem.
